June-July.. “Lessons and Gratitude”

The view of beach in Bandol, France.

Summer is coming to an end and it has been a long, enjoyable but challenging journey. With my foot injury having another set back the decision rest and focus on other things was extremely hard, but even more necessary. As an athlete I cannot remember the last time I had a real summer vacation, which I have been extremely grateful to experience as of July 5th (when my final exam for my summer class was delivered). Since then it has been a journey of ups and downs, rights and lefts. I have enjoyed cabin trips, time with friends and family, trying other (possibly new) hobbies, reading, working, and have found a new love and passion towards different topics..

grateful for all the green scenery I can get.

With this minor recap, I want to use this post as an introduction to a new fase, as I want to post more content, more frequently the next coming weeks

For now, take care of each other and the people around you. We are all just human beings, and we need each other, to connect, to talk, to love.

Quote of the day: If there is a tomorrow, there is hope, and if there is hope, there is always change to to be made..
